Only 36,000 original miles and is in original condition with no rust whatsoever! The doors close with a satisfying new-car "clunk".
The car still has its original muffler.
The original owner was an elderly lady living in an outback Australian town. The car eventually stood in its garage for more than 10 years until purchased by a sympathetic VW man in a nearby town, who serviced it back to running condition.
It was passed on to his niece in Sydney, who had it for a short time. She said it was "...too slow and not sporty enough...". Rubbish says Ray - he bought it.
